tz-datais creating/var/runbeforesystemd-tmpfiles-setupis executed, which prevents the symbolic link/var/run(to../run, in the filevar.conffromsystemd) from being created. Chaos ensues, breakingavahi/nss-mdnscommunication, and possibly others.The
busyboxconfig creates/var/lockwhich is already created bylegacy.conf(from thesystemdpackage), and consequently a warning message is being logged. Drop the second/var/lock, lose the warning message.
