This PR updates linux and some packages on Rockchip platform to latest versions.

Needs more testing on more devices

  • Fix driver addons compile error
  • Use 1066mhz ddr on box-trn9
  • Test on multiple devices

@Kwiboo I've noticed this is PR'd against master not the rockchip feature branch. Some of the new files will also need converting to SPDX in the near future. How's the WIP state?

@chewitt rockchip has been merged into master for quite some time now.

I will rebase and split out the work-in-progress parts later today/tomorrow. Kernel and package bumps has been tested enough in test builds.

This PR is now finally ready to merge.

Tested devices:

  • RK3288: Tinker Board and Tinker Board S
  • RK3328: Rock64, RockBox and ROC-RK3328-CC
  • RK3399: RockPro64, Rock960 and Sapphire

Notes:

  • RK3399: odroidn1 target removed (discontinued)
  • RK3399: libmali only works on aarch64 builds, kodi/kmscube crashes in libmali on arm builds
