• add official VegaM firmware
• sync AMD firmwares with 18.20 release

I've went through almost all versions and they build fine for me. But probably superseeded by #2781 ?

I'd suggest this PR should merge first (and would be the end of the line for 4.17.y on Generic), then we can decide what to do with 2781 as it includes both Generic and RPi. If RPi isn't wanted/ready then a new PR for 4.18.y on Generic might be required.
