This reverts commit 4f456fe.
This caused a problem with CEC

What kind of problem? Can you provide a few more details before we can even consider reverting this?

Reason why it might be so: HDMI CEC on almost all AW SoCs supported by LE is solved by bitbanging, e.g. software implementation. My theory is that frequency changes affect timing in some way. But since I don't have oscilloscope at hand, I can't confirm it.
