It seems that Wand package does not play nicely with other packages (need to be investigated).
To fix the current issue, move generation of thumbnails for raw images into a separate service where no conflicts between packages will happen.
If we are happy with this, I'll raise other PRs in librephotos-docker and librephotos-linux repos
