  • run spatial registration with top 100 genes instead of all genes
  • make spatial registration plot for just the excitatory clusters.
  • for plots comparing against my data, add biological label to my clusters. Ex. ~layer 5
  • summarize all spatial registration comparisons by setting an arbitrary cutoff and make a heatmap indicating whether each snRNAseq cluster (x-asis) passes that cutoff. https://jhu-genomics.slack.com/archives/C01EA7VDJNT/p1657298131406139
  • perform spatial registration of snRNAseq data against allen brain layers. Find code from the pilot paper where they did this. https://github.com/LieberInstitute/HumanPilot/tree/master/Analysis/allen_data
  • fixes to spatial registration function: sample ID column must be labeled "sample_id", must have ensembl id (not gene names) as the rownames

This is done. Plots and modeling results are saved. Plots will probably need polished or maybe you'll decided to combine them into a summary plot in some way.
