[enhancement] Support for exporting the background color

To be able to match emacs buffer exactly, it would be good to support exporting the buffer with it's background color.

This could be optional/off-by-default, since users may not want this.

Hi! Currently, I explicitly strip away the default background as the output would look funny with it. e2ansi only prints the part of a line that contains text, so instead of a solid background this would yield a jaggered background with the Emacs background color under the text and the terminal background color to the right. e2ansi has no knowledge of line lengths so it can't pad out a line with spaces. Also, I've tried to keep the background color when emitting the newline (to make the color go to the end of the line) -- unfortunately, some terminals fail to scroll the terminal window properly so the end result was unusable. I guess it would be possible to add an option like that, but I doubt that it would be useful. One (low tech) solution is to match the default background colors in Emacs with that of the terminal.
