Build docker images from release tarballs and improve documentation #77

Goal:

build lisk/testnet and lisk/mainnet docker images from released tarballs (i.e. https://downloads.lisk.io/lisk/test/lisk-Linux-x86_64.tar.gz for lisk/testnet) instead of building everything from sources
separate the build of the images from the examples docker-compose.yml files
improve the README.md file to include commands for common use cases
