Expected behavior

Dockerfile uses node:8 since it's supported (#2135)

Actual behavior

node:6 is still being used.

Steps to reproduce

Look at the Dockerfile

Which version(s) does this affect? (Environment, OS, etc...)

Docker image for core >= 1.2
