Expected behavior

The build value should have a valid timestamp with proper format
"build": "2018-11-14T12:37:47.000Z",

Actual behavior

"build": "v12:37:47 14/11/2018\n"

Steps to reproduce

Access API /node/constants and observe build value

Which version(s) does this affect? (Environment, OS, etc...)

>=1.0.1, Docker, Binary
