Rename cryptography function name regarding base32 address

Description

Base32 address lskqbs324cbbwd5h3tbc4ajsoqfzjet448y79qefx is now called Lisk32 address.
Therefore, functions in the lisk-cryptography library should reflect the change.

Motivation

Base32 address lskqbs324cbbwd5h3tbc4ajsoqfzjet448y79qefx is now called Lisk32 address.

Acceptance Criteria

• Current function names should remain as it is until next major release
• The new name should be alias of the existing functions

Additional Information

• Address in the Buffer format is the address, when returned in the action, it will return in hex address.
