[FIX] Updates the endpoint for currency flags

Overview
The old endpoint (transferwise/currency-flags) was no longer available. Created a new repo (Lissy93/currency-flags) which contain flag icons for (I think) each currency.
So this PR just updates the endpoint to point to my new repository.
