Sylius Behat tests (Selenium + Chromedriver + Chrome setup)

We use our Docker image (locastic/tests) which is basically a php:7.1 image with added stuff that we need for testing:

node
yarn
elasticsearch
wkhtmltopdf

Versions of Selenium/Chromedriver/Chrome used:

Selenium 3.11.0
Chromedriver 2.38
Chrome (Latest stable - v67 at this time)
