Original PRTG Shell

This release will serve as the first functional release of the module. We're going to start from scratch now, implementing a CI Pipeline and Posh5 Classes. If you need an operational version of prtgshell, this is it for now.

Also, there's prtgshell2, which we're abandoning as well, but is currently operational.
