Make it possible to export or import profiles

Notes: should include an check for versions which may produce errors.

Spent the most time of Nov to lay the foundation on this.
Still not woth pushing it on Github yet as it needs to be polished first.
Also, I want to make sure when this feature is implemented that local profiles can be shared via printable string - which is what makes this feature "on hold", even if i really wished for it to be ready for 8.1

EDIT: Some additinal thoughts:
I'm not sure if it is feasable to implement this right away as some features are still planned which would make old versions outdated pretty soon.
With that in mind it may be good to somehow implement a GUI which let's you select which modules to be exported/imported, however making this work will eat up a few hours. Still cool if i could get this done.

There's a limitation regarding OMF's position saving.
If you save a profile and change oUFs positions afterwards the positions will be updated afterwards regardless. Exporting a profile however is working as intended.
