Crash entering dimension with tanks

What happens / happened?:
Upon entering dimension id -2 from Advanced Rocketry crash with included error.

How can we reproduce it?:

Should be fixed in the upcoming 2.0.1 build.
This happens due to an oversight in TankManager.remove where I'm not getting the dimension ID safely (thus the maps don't contain anything).

Ok. Luckily I have a backup before I left the dimension so I'm stuck there I guess until the update. I have about 1,000,000 mB of rocket fuel I don't want to lose.
