Boilerplate install profile

This PR adds some optional items to the docroot/ to quickly make a site that can handle basic pages.

• An install profile that sets up some basic editorial tools (html purifier, wysiwyg, admin theme etc)
• A drush make file for getting the install profile dependencies
• A blank starter theme that has Grunt etc already configured

The grunt/sass stuff is a huge boon imho. Not too sold on shiny still, but looks like you provided some modifications that I've been missing in my own projects.

:-( the project was meant for everyone. It's minimal on purpose. This turns it into a Lullabot specific project.

I have to say that I also really liked boilerplate since it didn't make those choices in advance. I would 100% support this as an actual Drupal.org install profile, but I'd vote to keep these separate.

It's a profile which is inherently optional, so I'm not seeing it as a big deal. Sure it's some extra code when you clone, but it doesn't have to be used, so I'm still for it.

I too think this should stay away from having install profiles, themes,
etc. Just my $.02
