bug: installed embeddings not available to stable-diffusion-webui-ux

My LORAs show up fine but as you can see in this shot, embeddings are absent:

and yet, they show up in model mgr

EDIT: I see the symlink and it's got files in it...this could be a bug in that other app, but I would swear I've used symlinks with ux before.
