[Enhancement] Add feature to fix corrupt installs

I'm sure I'm not the only one that occasionally bricks a SDWEBUI or SDWEBU.Forge build by installing the wrong extension, and ruining everything. You then have to delete "venv" and pray that works out, as well as disabling extensions, etc.

My suggestion is to have some sort of validity checker to see if any extensions,settings,or python dependencies are failing to let the program run, and if so, print in the console what you need to do in order to fix it.
