How to upgrade from CM10 to CM10.1

1. Take a look at the current status and the open issues
2. Make a backup with CWM (please note that TWRP doesn't make complete backups)
3. Remove PDroid Manager updates (if any): Manage apps > PDroid Manager > Uninstall updates
4. Remove the PDroid data like this
5. Copy the ROM zip file to your sdcard
6. Copy the latest JB Google apps zip file to your sdcard
7. Flash boot.img from the ROM zip
8. Flash ROM
9. Flash Google apps
10. Wipe cache
11. Do not wipe system or data
12. Reboot

So, no factory reset / data wipe: you will keep your apps and data.
