Ideogram viewer plugin seems to need to be opened in new frame.

Getting errors in ideogram viewer plugin when opening in linkouts page. Ideogram calls Genesmash which seems to be the cause of the errors.
Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://app1.bioinformatics.mdanderson.org/genesmash/_design/basic/_list/open/by_symbol?key=%22NBEAL1%22&include_docs=true' from origin 'https://bioinformatics.mdanderson.org' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.
