Following this discussion MISP/MISP#1015 we should update the documentation about the distribution and what is pulled or not following the distribution level.

I can add the scenarios with "Internal instance" syncing as well. However there is something fairly bizarre with those:

When you do push from list servers screen, published organisation only events are not pushed to instance B. If you unpublish and re-publish on instance A, the event is automatically pushed to instance B though (at the publish time). I am not sure if this is normal?

Sharing group syncing should probably be documented better as well, in particular for instances put in sharing groups (+ all orgs). I don't understand it completely myself so I don't feel comfortable attempting it.
