Removed Alarm decoding as it is breaking O365 rsvp.

Timezone stuff looks good, but I'm not happy about disabling a feature for O365 (Office 365?) compatibility. It's also an autogen'd file, so it'd be better to disable it in the gen file. Do you have an example ICS file from O365 which breaks on this? |
