Auto start another media during breaks

Any media player

  • In Settings tab, set MPV as your player (VLC and MPC might be detected as a media player, so it won't work)
  • Enable the Ad Detection feature
  • Enable the Media app detector

It will use the opened media player, if more than one is opened Windows will decide which one. So, close any other media player.

With Spotify

  • Enable under the Media app detector: Bind to Spotify
  • (Optional) You can Force Spotify to start by checking the option
  • (Optional) You can Always play the next song when the ad starts by checking the option

When the ad starts/ends you will see the Spotify app flash since NHL Games is binded to it, when use the Spotify hotkeys to resume/pause/skip a track, like shown below
