Sometimes there are arguments for the fit and produce methods that are fixed values that do not changes during the whole lifetime of the pipeline.

Allow passing them as init_params (fixed hyperparameters) instead of requiring them to be passed as fit and produce extra arguments that need to be looked up in the context.
