This milestone indicates the set of changes to represent the first minor update to the MRtrix3 software since production release.

Update 2024-02-14: The plan is to move a substantial number of items from this milestone to the 3.2.0 release (https://github.com/MRtrix3/mrtrix3/milestone/11). This will include items for which considerable effort has already been invested, but the remaining amount of effort to finalise may unreasonably further delay release.
