Hey @matthewberryman I checkout the froala service and realize I have to pay.
Here's an implementation on Markdown

Which I also drafted a syntax cheatsheet modal, what do you think ? it a really slim, quick implementation for inline styling without paying for external service

@LucieGueuning can you please advise what text boxes you'd like to have formatting in.
@qclin @LucieGueuning I am not sure that markdown is the right solution here. It is straightforward but I'm concerned it's not simple enough.

All of the free text box should be able to support formatting. Does that make sense? Is that possible?

I think it makes sense, although it means a little extra code in the current chatbot. Thoughts @qclin ?
