Todo:
- Inspect m64 from start 1f desync closer
- Handle VCR errors, notify frontend about them
- Complete m64 loading (check rom crc, check controllers etc)
- add to linux makefile and try building
- maitain rerecording as a module (so it can be enabled/disabled in build)
