CCSH-Wizard: SonarImport requires a list of metrics that should be retrieved, but has no option to get them all by default

Expected Behavior

The user opens the ccsh wizard

WHEN the user wants to import all available metrics from sonarqube by skipping the metrics option,

THEN the wizard should not set the metrics property.

Actual Behavior

The user opens the ccsh wizard

WHEN the user wants to import all available metrics from sonarqube by skipping the metrics option,

THEN the wizard should sets the metrics property with an empty string, which results in an error.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Open ccsh wizard
2. Navigate through the sonarimport
3. skip metrics option by pressing enter

Suggestion

If a simple enter click to skip this option is desired, we should give the user a hint, that this is an actual option!
