sub metrics of allocated storage types in rate editor are not ordered correctly when editing #2799

Reproducer

  1. Bring up to system Cloud Volumes (for example by adding openstack cloud provider)
    (you can see if you have any in Storage -> Block Storage -> Volumes)
  2. Go to chargeback rates and add new under storage.
    (Cloud Intel -> Chargeback -> Rates)
  3. you see column Sub Metric and rows with any values in this column. Let's call this row shortly sub metrics
  4. Edit newly added rate.
  5. You can see that there is different order of sub metrics.

Just note that the steps 2. and 4. to reproduce the issue are very important! Editing newly added rate is crucial. You have to edit ONLY fresh new added rate to be able to reproduce the issue. If you edit some existing rate (from some older session), everything will work fine, so the issue is not reproducible in this case. This makes the issue more uncommon.

The fix is already merged to master. Once it is backported to gaprindashvili branch, we can close this issue as resolved.
