Nothing in the UI for Shelve Offload operation for Instances in a nested list #6489

Shelve Offload power operation on Instances displayed in a nested list does not work: nothing happens in the UI after clicking on the button in the toolbar.

Steps:

  1. Compute > Clouds > Providers
  2. Display some provider's dashboard
  3. Click on Instances (in dashboard or in Relationships)
  4. Power > Shelve Offload
    => no error and nothing in the UI:
    shelve_off

Note:
This issue is related to any nested list of Instances, not just the list displayed through provider's dashboard.
