Add Transparency value to rules-based styling sub categories.

For simple styling, the User is able to select from 1 to 100 in a drop down menu that changes the level of transparency.
When using rules based styling (unique, graduated, choropleth) the categories have options to alter the color (hex value), but not the transparency level.
This is also not possible at the overall style level.
