Win2019 template + few additions for ease of use

• New SRUM_TEMPLATE3.xlsx added, which adds tables from Windows server 2019
• Added "SOFTWARE" word to the help comment in -h output, so users know which hive to provide
• Added other ease of analysis features
  • Freeze first row
  • Bold headings (first row)
  • Add AutoFilter
  • Set best possible width for each column

And also fixed the link to the SRUM presentation as that link was broken.
