  1. what hemisphere were you born in?

    Questions need to be invariant over a lifetime.
    
    Could we have 16 bits for latitude and longitude of birthplace? That gives almost 1 degree resolution on the surface of the earth, enough to narrow it down to a particular city.

  2. acknowledge dynamics of problem

    If you really want a unique identifier, then the 33 bits should be
    extended to 36 bits and one bit assigned to alive/dead status. TODO:
    figure out how to handle cryonic suspension, people declared legally
    dead who later turn up alive, and new births. (Neither zombies nor
    ghosts will be implemented because they aren't real.)
