Drop-off and Translation Service Work Flow

This is looking better and better.

One thing that will need to be addressed is how the services work - work flow, processes, backend tools and staffing. Two of the things in the design look like manual services: drop off service and translation - which implies some sort of work flow system for drop-off service people and translators.

Are these services in scope, and if so, how are they envisioned to work?
