can add this module to nginx/custom ?

and it add regex support to ngx_http_sub_module when use sub_filter directive.

This is a 3rdparty module. I'm currently trying to throw all the 3rdparty modules out of nginx-custom. Instead, those are provided as additional packages. Those should be usable even with the regular nginx package.

So I could add an additional nginx-mod-http-substitution-filter package. Maybe I'll do it. But don't expect me to test it.

I created a separate package for that module which is now available in this Git repo and in my binary repo.

Since the last release was years ago, I picked a newer commit. Let me know if it works.
