Predfast is a quick way to produce a protein database then run gradient boosted random forest machine learning on the dataset. This allows for quick and easy enzyme identification.

How To Use
PredFAST is designed to be easy to use for Linux/macOS but will work perfectly on Windows with 2 things. One is to set up the folders manually the other is if you want the advantage of using PFAM you have to use HMMSCAN seperately.
