Adds tables for to-hit mods, control roll mods, hit/critical locations, and a few other things to aerospace record sheets when the reference tables option is selected.
Fighter/fixed wing/small craft samples:

Large craft samples:
large_craft_test.pdf
The samples are printed using the adjusted templates from #817, but I separated the data into a separate PR.
