Windows. 44 Release Stable - prebuilt zip (not self compiled)
Java

Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.152-b16, mixed mode)
Description
From the Hangar Tab, Right Click on a Mek -> Customize -> Customize in Mek Lab
When you finish your customization, you will find all your Quirks are gone.
Select, for example, Rifleman RFL-3N
It has these quirks
Anti-Aircraft Targeting
Improved Communications
Searchlight
Ubiquitous (Inner Sphere)
Ubiquitous (Clans)
Your completed refit will not have these.
I think quirks exist outside of the .mul file because no .mul loaded from the mek lab has quirks that I could find.
I thought I might have had older customizations from previous versions, so I made a new one.
Crusader 3D MKII
First save before it existed
Second save after it existed.
Third save once refit is complete without quirks. I used GM mode to finish refit (not sure if affects it)
Go to Hangar, look at Crusader CRD-3D #2 - I update it to a MK II over the 3 days (saves)
You'll see many custom meks with quirks - I re-added those by hand very tediously!

I had to zip the 3 campaign saves (before, during, after)
Here are customize files so you can load save. Please let me know if I've missed anything.
Provide any other files that you have customized in this campaign like the factions.xml for example.
--Not sure I have any others - again please let me know if you have trouble loading saves.
