- Introduction:
Course Management System is a system that uses GUI to make efficient interaction between students and instructors in college for record-keeping, submission of assignments, creation of courses and for making accounts of students and instructors.
- Scope:
It enables the college or university to provide an individual user account to each student. All the user accounts (instructors and students) are password protected. So, the records can be termed as secured. In Course Management System, the only administrative section is allowed to create the account, but students and instructors can register with the system.
- Module Description:
This project consists of four classes that are interlinked to each other. These classes are:
• Administrator Class
• Students Class
• Instructor Class
• MyFrame Class
Each of the above Classes has a certain specific task to perform. Administrator Class is for controlling administrative works such as creating accounts for students and instructors, formation of courses etc. So, Administrator Class is the main class on which other Classes rely. Student Class and Instructor Class have been designed for students and instructors to log in to the account created by the administrator and share information. Students can submit their homework/assignments. Whereas, Instructors can check students’ home works/assignments.
