#943 adds a node-fetch-based fetch to @metafam/utils that is v3, but also compatible with both CommonJS and ESM.

Eventually, the backend, discord-bot, & web packages should access that function rather than using node-fetch v2.

Looks like node-fetch is no longer being updated by Dependabot, so this is no longer needed.
