Entering the address of a valid HumanStandardToken even auto-fills the other fields!
A simple solution to a temporary token send screen: Linking to EtherScan. Will hold us over until we make our own token send view.

We could change this when we allow hiding/removing tokens, but for now, this is a simple and pleasant solution.

Adds a
SENDbutton to the token list items that navigate to the TokenFactory page for that token.We'll add our own send page later, but for now, it's a complete token UI to hold us over. Only thing I think it's missing is live your-balance display.
