• Andrew is working on setting up the first cut of the ActivitySim implementation based on the SEMCOG setup
• Submodels are running through CDAP so we're making good progress
• We're hoping to get a full run completed within the next few weeks
• We're keeping track of revisions/assumptions/etc. to make MetCouncil inputs work with the SEMCOG setup
• We'll come back to these once the system is up and running
• After Andrew gets it working, Leah will process the survey data and stand up the ABM Visualizer
• In the ABM Visualizer, we'll compare the results of each submodel against the survey data to identify issues to fix or adjust or eventually calibrate
• I need to draft the Project Plan, which is essentially described in the meeting notes to date
• Dennis to check on a few input questions from Andrew
