Compass app fails to run. Crashes immediately upon open. Issue exists on nexus 6P running Android 8.0.0

Same here on Android 7.1.2.

Same issue on Android 7.1.1. App crashes immediately on launch. (Version 0.1)

To fix this bug, you need to edit ./res/layout/main.xml
Remove Line 134~Line 141.
This bug can be solved.

The file does not exist on my phone, i performed a search and it returned zero result.

I did a pastebin of the logcat
