We do not install those by default anymore, as they are an information leak and potential security issue, if not protected behind HTTP authentication at least. We however mention them, e.g. in Nextcloud docs.

We could either remove the hints or e.g. add a tab to the PHP docs which shows how to install those pages (temporarily) in order to analyse/optimise OPcache/APCu or review effective PHP settings.
