Trigger alerts on container events like Unhealthy & Killing?

I'm able to reproduce the example where the container events of Unhealthy and Killing occur using this example:

I can't figure out how to trigger alerts in Azure Monitor off of these events. Is there a way to trigger alerts off of these events? We were expecting something in Activity Log, but couldn't find anything.
