- gradle common and java has to be specified as dependency - slf4j version updated to one bundled in 2018.2.3
- removed macosx-x86 target as it is not in the field anymore and breaks compilation under xcode10 - SDK version updated to recent 10.14
- updated to 4.10 - fixed problem with "implementation" key used in dependency due using "runtime" configuration which is marked as deprecated

there are three commits that delivers support for following dependencies:
ps. build with Xcode9 and early idea might be not possible after this commit
