All conference related expenses were covered for members of the planning/organising team for 2022. i would imagine that this would be the same for 2023.

Did this comment based system work for us in 2023, and if it failed then what is the alternative to success in 2024?

I don't see much protection from errors (some critical) that a well organised staff with clear identities and areas of responsibility would benefit from.

It appears we've abandoned the bug report and comment based staff identities in 2024, in favour for a Kanban card based one.

Because our staff secretary has failed to show up for work, I'm not sure if we should expect any clarity.
