I had died to ling as an etherial, and was unable to form a crystal because the HOS dragged me to medbay and had me revived. This seemed to result in me unable to open backpacks or other bag-based containers without significant inputs.

I think this might be a TG thing- iv had issues on TG servers where i die and revive and become unable to use bags and such
