Reproduction:

I was using the limb shooting mutation as a clown on tram station. When all four limbs were shot off for the second time on the tram I was spotted by someone. They attempted to bring me to medbay but along the way we were almost killed by a spider. After recovering in the stasis bed with 3/4 limbs reattatched I was unable to use WSAD or even grab with my hands at all. I was able to drag and buckle myself as well as turn with the mouse. Even with admin help using aheal and throwing me around I was never able to recover. The only thing that worked in the end was being killed.
